Booking Policy

Orchid Skinic accept clients for treatment on APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Kindly book an appointment in advance (at least 24hours)
• We Require all payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• We plead with you to be considerate of other client’s appointment and arrive on time. Appointment delay past 15 minutes may result in a deduction in your service time or long waiting periods.
• Booking deposit are refundable only on error of consultant such as a no-show.
• We hope you have no emergencies but not showing up for your appointment or rescheduling in less than 24hours may attract a 30% fee.
• Please state in the NOTE box if you’ll be making payment with a different account name.

Appointment Check List

• Kindly come in without makeup if you’re having a facial treatment or consultation.
• Photos may be taken prior, during and after treatments for clinical documentation.
• New clients are required to schedule a consultation before any advanced treatment like chemical peel or micro needling.
• Returning client are required to book a follow up consultation every 6 month.
